CANCELLATION POLICY

At SUNDRIP SPRAYS LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we are a mobile service and travel time is required, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 30% charge of the service price. This fee helps cover lost time, travel, and the inability to rebook the appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to complete the service, it may be considered a no-show and subject to the 30% charge. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment with SUNDRIP SPRAYS LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
